We are CPG operators with 18 years of enterprise integration experience, including successful navigation of the most restrictive data environments in the industry. Our Story

2008. After years inside Unilever and other large CPG/FMCG organizations, we kept seeing the same pattern: big vendors and consultancies asking for seven-figure investments for solutions that didn't solve the real commercial problems.

So we left. Not because we had to, but because we believed there was a better way — faster, more practical, more intuitive, and grounded in how CPG/FMCG actually works. That belief became Hybrid Intelligence: data integration, BI, and planning solutions for Sales and FP&A, built for the way the industry actually operates. We ran it for 11 years before it was acquired.

Then came nearly seven more years inside a large SaaS environment — the same challenges, seen from a different angle. What struck us wasn't negligence. It was how easily complexity compounds. Business variables shift constantly. Teams multiply and turn over. Good intentions layer on top of each other until the original intents and logic gets buried. Companies don't drift from clarity on purpose. The structures around them just make it harder and harder to find their way back.
